Job Description

A Sacramento based collection agency is currently recruiting experienced Billing/Collection Representatives.

If you have a successful track record with a minimum of three years of collections experience in a business office environment then this fast pace, challenging and rewarding job will take your current skills to the next level. 

Requirements include excellent written and oral communication skills.



Skills

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel). 

May perform general clerical filing and records retention and retrieval.

Respond to any general correspondence on delinquent accounts.

Monitors processes to ensure business controls are adequate & working.

Job Requirements
Min. of 2 years directly related experience and/or knowledge working in the collection field.

Demonstrated knowledge of collection policies, and regulations.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Demonstrated ability to deal with difficult customers and deliver difficult messages.

Skilled in the use of computer terminals/workstations, office automation products, and relevant software applications.

Demonstrated planning and organization skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to perform calculations, both decimals and percentages.

Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills.
